Large Format Wines

L’ouest is our newest Estate Pinot Noir. From West Wind Vineyard located within the small Ribbon Ridge AVA. This vineyard is a beautiful study of Pinot Noir with plantings of 777, 115, Wädensville, and Pommard at elevations ranging from 300’ to 800’. The marine sediment soil creates a beautiful tension within the wonderfully luscious Pinot Noir clone characteristics. The L’ouest is a blend of the 8 best barrels from this vineyard site. These barrels are chosen to create a wine that is well balanced, fruit forward and with enough acid to cellar well. Like our other estate wines, this wine will cellar beautifully for 8-10 years.
